Hi @xnicholas12! Are you wanting a sim in TS3 or TS4? The traits you have listed are from 4 and possibly the Lifetime wish (I'm not sure if TS4 has lifetime wishes) but you mention Showtime and the store which would be TS3. If it is TS3 there is a choice of Living in the Lap of Luxury or Swimming in Cash for Lifetime wishes. FYI I can't see your pic it says I need to request access.

@LiaNicole1, we have your live venue/casino/recreational center all finished, which was a collaboration by @soocoolsim and myself. Introducing La Paloma Blanca (meaning "The White Dove"). The interior spaces are luxurious and glamorous with a purple theme (based on your inspiration photos), while the rec center is more modern. @soocoolsim created the building shell and landscaped the lot (check out the cool sign she made out front), and I decorated all of the interior spaces.
The main floor consists of an entrance lobby with fountain, a music stage with seating, a bar with professional bar and bubble bars, a dance club with DJ and stereo. The casino takes up the whole 2nd floor and features slot machines, blackjack, roulette and poker tables and a professional bar. Downstairs in the basement is a full rec center with plenty of things to do: bowling, a basketball court, rock climbing walls, a pool, skee ball, basketball free throw machines, arcade games, ping pong, shuffleboard and soccer nets. There are restrooms on every floor and I added showers in the rec center bathrooms. And as you requested, there is parking (out back) and separate entrances that lead down to the rec center.
