Custom Music (Folders)

I never noticed this before, there is a "Custom Music" folder with sub-folders with each radio station.
Each folder is empty.
How does this work? Could I add more to the music for each station? If so, what format? mp3? mp4? etc...?

Yes you can add music to any radio station, and as far as i can remember the files should be mp3.

Yes, mp3. You can add music tracks or complete albums. I have added both.
