NEED HELP!!! Could not locate this item

I've already sent the same problem twice in different categories but no luck. I really need help! I don't know what had happened and why it happened. I was adding a lot into Sulani from my gallery, then I made a few changes to the lot. I tried to save the new improved lot into my gallery but it didn't work for some reason whether I wanted to overwrite it or save it as new. I went back to look at my lot in the gallery and when I clicked on it, it said that it couldn't locate this item. I don't know why it suddenly didn't work all of the sudden. One minute it was working, the next minute it doesn't. 😱

I already tried repairing the game, shutting down the computer then turning it on again, and also moving all of my sims files. I really would hate to lose this lot for an unknown reason. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

If you have the lot placed in the game on an earlier save game version,you may be able to recover it that way, by loading that save game version.. To do that , go to the main screen of sims 4, and click on the " load game " button.Click on your save game file picture. Then click on the " recover game " button down the right hand side bottom of the screen,. Press on an earlier version of the save game from the menu that pops up. Then load that save game version,

Unfortunately, I haven't placed the lot earlier in the game. My game file is only new so I'm adding a new lot to it.
