  Unless things (rules) have changed, the only mods not allowed are ones that give your Sims a boost up that legacy challenge ladder, as in making them learn faster or rise in their career quicker. I would say SOL does none of those things.

  The OP is talking about the legacy edition of the game, i.e. 32-bit.

  I actually found an old mods folder of hers on SimFileShare and am testing to see if it works right now. I will let you know.
