Build mode custom filter?

Hello. Is there a way to create custom filters for build mode? For example to create holiday ones and add every holiday item into it, so when you want to place/buy only holiday items you just hit that filter and there ya go? I seem to remember sims 3 might have had one? Does sims 4?

TS3 did have one but TS4 doesn't. You can filter by pack, color, style, and something else but I can't remember off the top of my head.

The filters in this game need a lot more versatility. This goes for all modes, including Build/Buy, CAS, and the Gallery/Library.
