    I have noticed a few changes.. I don't seem to be able to place anything on my apartment balcony is this a bug or how it works? also is there a way to clean up the trash around the streets? and anyone know the unlock code for some objects?

      If it’s the balcony in evergreen harbor it is by design and you are not able to place items on it. Something to do with it not working right when it changes.

      Trash is cleaned up through the modern development or green initiatives NAPs
