Working on a commercial row for Newcrest which I’ll eventually upload. I have 3 out of 5 so far. First building (Newcrest Cinema): a movie theater. Second building (Moonlight Cocktail): 1st fl: 40s style nightclub, 2nd fl: Aquarium themed bar, 3rd fl: Gentleman’s Club. Third building (Feng Cafe, Gym, & Offices): 1st fl: restaurant, boxing gym, 2nd fl: Bear Lodge, Meeting room for Juicers Anonymous, 3rd fl: corporate offices.

The Newcrest community lots look great!

Very nice exterior design of the buildings! The Cinema is great! Very nice red and blue colours and the tickets office looks great! The movie posters are very nice on the walls! It is great there is a nightclub, and it is very nice that third lot has a variety of facilities for Sims to use. They will enjoy dining and keeping fit there, as well as there bring offices.
I hope your continued work on the community goes well
