    Which home screen layout do you prefer?

    In a way I like the newer one but I wish it had Less blue in it. I got so used to using the older one

      It is what it is - a way to start playing. I do not have a preference. Both work.

      The new one
      I picked the new one, not because it looks particularly great, but because we can finally lock the image we want (I use the one from Parenthood) and because I prefer the Start Game button on the right.

      I'm fine with either. But maybe the new one cuz the sims at the side are not too big.

      Both were fine. Like others have already said it only gets seen for a few seconds before the game loads. It's no big deal how it looks.

      I like the new one because it's a change from what we had before. Something new to look at. But I don't think I can say that I have a preference. The main menu could be anything, and as long as it's functional, I won't mind since I only spend a few seconds on it before loading up my game.

      There was NOTHING wrong with the one we had before... this "remodel" was a waste of resources and time, in my completely honest opinion!

      I don't mind the new one at all really, I'm only on the loading screen a few seconds before I'm playing the game, but I do somewhat prefer the crisp white of the old one. It just felt calmer somehow.
