@MRSMLOG I always thought the lyrics were "da do run run" lol. It's strange that I remember the song, but I don't remember The Crystals. Anyways, great song! Thanx for sharing your music!
@luvdasims55 Haha I remember the lyrics the same way! I didn't remember The Crystals either - I never paid too much attention to who sang what way back then (except The Beatles)!
@MRSMLOG Another great song in which I don't remember the singer. There were a lot of "1 hit wonders" back then. Probably because the 45 was so popular. A singer just needed one hit song to sell records. I remember I bought a lot of Beatles and Archies songs on 45's back then lol. Thanx again for sharing your music and giving me another wonderful trip down memory lane!
Achieving significant popularity in the 1970s, the trio was famous for its close vocal harmonies and light acoustic folk rock sound. The band released a string of hit albums and singles, many of which found airplay on pop/soft rock stations.

I'm sure we've all heard several different (and very good) versions of this song, but who remembers the original from 1966?
