Has anyone made anything from the newer expansions yet? I'll probably edit the combined laundromat, consignment store etc and replace the pet store section with an elixir consignment store, and maybe put a comic store in there.
The run down part of town could use a rebel hangout too
EDIT: A lot of these lots dont work anymore it seems. I get errors and the download cancels.

I'm just enthusiastic and wanted to share some creations. I should've closed the thread after the link was given but I had some new buildings I still wanted to share. Good job creating a welcoming environment for a new forum user.
Nik24X7's Lucky Palms Pier Park just won't install into my game. It says that installation failed and to please make sure my game has the latest updates and to try again. My game does have the latest update, and I've been installing other lots from this thread just fine. I'm really bummed out now, because I really wanted that park
This home is an entertainer's dream. Whether hosting a sleep over for a group of roudy kids to holding the fanciest formal dinner parties with dancing..this house will allow you to do it all!
The large foyer is perfect for receiving and entertaining large groups of guests. The outdoor dining area seats a large party for an al fresco meal. Outdoors features large swimming pool, pizza oven in lattice covered patio. A playground for the kids, and a full tepanyaki kitchen.
There is a laundry room on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms , the main bedroom has an attached bath as does the larger second bedroom. I'm on the lookout for some newer lots with university stuff too. I guess most people probably aren't still building for LP, but I'll keep checking just in case
My current family is living in Lucky Palms, so I've been doing a few builds there. Like my Lucky Lakes Resort Casino. But I'm still working on that, and it requires Island Paradise.
You might be better off checking the Master Sharing Thread. Most people are posting their new builds there these days.

I'm sorry but I didn't see your post until now. Please try the Save As option on the right side of the page. See whether you're able to save it to somewhere on your pc (e.g. Desktop). Then move the Sims3Pack file to your Sims 3/Downloads folder. It should show up in your Launcher then and you should be able to install it. Also, you'll need to AddLotSize mod from MTS to create a 5x50 lot in the World Editor to place it. Good luck!
Having finally recently purchased Lucky Palms, I was pleased to be able to trawl through this thread for nice goodies to add in
I've started with community Lots and have been downloading and rec-ing plenty of them. I have to say a special thanks to InvisibleLyndz for her lovely gas station and Sinkala's amazing golf club (though I did add some golf around the back lol).
I also added my friend amy's diner alpha, which goes nicely on 70 Lake Access Road.
