I do that, but I just put sims 4 in windowed mode and have two windows open on the same screen. No idea how to do it any other way!

    This guide should help:

Just make sure your computers CPU and RAM can keep up with the multitasking. May slow performance depending on your computer.

The real question for me is why would you want to? I listen to talk radio while I'm playing. I can't even imagine splitting my attention between two screens! But, to each their own, I suppose. ;)
You can download (free) all three volumes of my Night Whispers Star Trek Fanfiction here: http://galacticgal.deviantart.com/gallery/ You'll need to have a pdf reader. New websites: http://www.trekkiefanfiction.com/st-tos.php

Another thing you could do is if you have a tablet, put what you want to watch on there. That’s what I do.

I usually have my ps4 streaming Twitch while I'm playing. Listening to the streamer talking to her subs and watchers is almost like me out in the real world instead of sequestered away playing sims lol

Sounded like the OP was trying to set up dual monitors with their laptop & TV.

But if the larger TV screen is not a must for this person and they just want to multitask then ditto just use another device on the side like a smartphone or a tablet. I used my phone years ago before I had a tablet. Now I prop my tablet up in front of me. I don't have the desk space for a second monitor at this time so for now, I use a tablet.

There's also a "windowed full screen" mode or something like that, but I just always use windowed and maximize it.

    Possible? Yes.
    Advisable? Not really.

I have the capabilities and systems to do four screens but I see no need to do even two screens for me. I prefer just one big screen to do what I need to do. :)

On Windows 10? Right-click your desktop and select 'Display Settings.' Under 'Multiple Displays' choose 'Extend' to enable the second monitor. Drag your Netflix window to the monitor.

I wrote this from memory, so I may have missed something. Let me know if you have any trouble.
