Anyways, I moved my sims to a new town and it is still crashing due to "Max Memory" I'm not sure how accurate the crash analyzer is.

That sounds like the issue is way too many background tasks are running on the computer without your knowing it and I use AVG PCTuneUp to make sure all of that is disabled except for the few I really need running and I never run anything like Chrome in the back ground while I play except for Paint sometimes for taking screen prints.

I have AVG as well.I love AVG, really great program! There's nothing running in the background except for computer programs.

I use the AVG program manager to shut those down if they're not needed or are using up too many computer resources.I don't use AVG's virus program as I replaced it with Norton though their tunup program is critical to running the computer.

@Springfairy556 The crash log analyzer isn't usually very helpful, although it's often correct about memory. But it sounds like your computer might have issues that have nothing to do with TS3. If you get the chance, you might want to ask a specialist to look it over, in case there's something wrong with your processor, a RAM stick, or the way the hardware has been assembled.
