Can't save home to library

Ever since the update I having trouble saving my house to the library...When I go to save it, it won't save and I can't close the menu out eitter if I press the close button...anyone else have this problem or any advice?

If you have cc/mods in your game, move your whole mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and see if the saving issues are still there . If it has helped with the issues, put your mods/ CC back into the newly generated mods folder that is in the sims 4 folder one by one or in batches and testing after each one to see which is the causes of the problem.
If you have the UI Cheats extension mod , it would be best to remove the mod and download/install the updated version that has been released since the patch.
Custom careers have been broken by the latest patch so it would be best to also remove them.

What is UI extension? I tried moving my mods out to save it and it still won't...I'll try the other part.
