So my dude is living in Oasis Springs. It's winter time, and actually cold, the only time of year it is. But he's got a problem?
He's overheating, even though a) it's cold, b) it's cold in the house, because he doesn't have the thermostat on and c) it stays even when he changes into a hot weather outfit. It actually first showed up when he was in a park in Newcrest, in the snow, which makes no sense.
It's not a mod, I tested that already. The moodlet solver reward fixes it, at least, but I've seen some NPCs acting like they're hot in the winter too, which is kind of ... wat.
