    Seasons as a part of a bundle?

    So I'm currently missing Jungle Adventure and My First Pet Stuff (I could easily pass on this one but it's the only one I'm missing :lol:) from my game and rather than grabbing them now while there's a sale I wanted to wait and see if Seasons will be immediately available to bundle on Origin. What do you guys think? Do you it'll be eligible immediately? I'm trying to think of reasons why it wouldn't.

      I am hoping for a bundle as well I am missing Jungle Adventure and Laundry Day or I am waiting until a 50% off sale which I am hoping will happen in July. I seem to missed the sales by a day or two - drives me crazy as you know EA doesn't give you a 30 or any day sale guarantee.

      Yeah, it sucks not being able to predict when the sales will be. I don't particularly care to pay full price for some packs.

      I contacted EA support with this exact question (Build-A-Bundle, right?). The person I dealt with wasn't completely sure at first, but ended up saying that yes, you will be able to include it once it releases. You could ask them yourself just to double check.

      Eligible to bundle? Can you actually choose specific packs to bundle on Origin? Is there a discount?

      Ahh sweet! That's awesome. I'm even more excited now, I'll have loads of new content to play with :blush:

      There's a feature on Origin called "build your own bundle" and you can select a stuff pack, game pack, and expansion pack for $50 USD. It's a very good deal. I was just questioning if Seasons would be part of it simply because it'll be brand new and I wasn't sure if there'd be any restrictions.

      If only we could pare Seasons with two stuff packs, for those who already have all the game packs but almost none of the stuff packs. I'd pay the same amount for the bundle too, it'd be more profit for EA and at least I'd get a free stuff puck out of it. Like Spooky stuff. Which is going to feel kind of essential for Seasons.

      I contacted EA earlier and their response was, "I have consult with specialist team regarding your issue and we have no official news for this until now." Wish I could get a for sure answer. The Origin sale will be over tonight, and I don't want to pay full price for Seasons because I want other packs as well, plus I'm trying to save money right now. Not a very important dilemma, but a dilemma it is.

      I'm in Europe and seasons has just released. I tried to make a bundle using the 'build your bundle' tool, but it didn't work, even though there are still a couple of game packs and stuff packs that I don't have. The only thing I had completed until seasons came out was the expansions. It just says they cannot provide me with a completely new bundle due to me having a lot of material already...

      Aw man, really? :'( Thanks for reporting this! I'm not sure what to do then. Hmm. I know I won't be purchasing My First Pet Stuff, but I'm wondering if I should get Jungle Adventure right now while it's on sale. I'd only be spending $5 more than if I bought it through the bundling option.

      I think my Origin is just freaking itself out because it just came out about 7 minute ago here and the build your own bundle thing isn't letting me bundle at all. >U<;; I don't have Get to Work either, and it won't let me add that either, so I assume it's just a problem with the bundle option on my Origin for me. Still excited to hear that we can actually bundle! Thanks mariah6194!!

      I'll probably wait a few hours/till tomorrow morning to actually get it, but I'm soso excited I could cry! I hope everyone has a very fun time with Seasons now that it's out! ^U^

      Hmm, are you also missing a game & stuff pack? You must be missing one from each category in order to do the bundle feature

      Yassss. mine wasnt working in the morning. Hopefully it works now. Excited.
      Thx for telling us we can include it cuz i thought we might have to wait a while before we can include it.

      Mine didn't want to let me at first, but I restarted my computer and the bundle feature started working and I was able to purchase seasons and my two packs. :)

      @mariah6194 I checked back again and it was working! It wouldn't let me add any expansion at all because it said that couldn't get their prices...?? For some reason! I went to look and see if it would let me buy Seasons by itself (just to test it) and it wouldn't let me do that either because it said that Origin couldn't identify the price, but then when I went back to the bundle, it was working! What a silly little glitchy thing. >U<

      But I got the packs and stuff I wanted! ^U^ Excitement!

      if you go to origin and hover over browse games, you should be able to hover over The Sims and it should say Build a Bundle. I havent done it in a little whiles but i believe this is what you do :D
