    Whatever build you think is best, it doesn't matter how old it is. I want to see *more of* what ya'll can do! :smile:

      Here is what I consider my best build because I really enjoyed the challenge of copying the style of the apartments below the penthouse but also adding my own touches to it.

      The design and layout of the penthouse looks very nice! :) Very nice furnishing of the build, both the interior and outdoors ! The rooftop outdoors living, dining, gardening and hot tub level is very nice! Sims will have very nice outdoors views as they enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating meals at the umbrella covered table. Sims will enjoy relaxing in the hot tub, gardening in the planter boxes and resting on the sofas and armchairs having a chat in the outdoors air. Very nice spacious kitchen! The bar counter area is very nice. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar and watching tv. The drinks shelves look great either sides of the tv. Each of the interior rooms look very nice!
      It is a very nice penthouse! :)

      Thank you Rosemow for taking the time to look at it! I was very happy with how the furnishings turned out I tried to make every room get the "beautifully decorated" moodlet so I'm glad you noticed ! :smile: I hope other people will show off theirs !
