    So... I've spotted this on the open area at the small lots in newcrest.

      What I love is that in my game the adults walking round get out their mops and clean it up half the time. Not sure why they're just carrying mops round with them in public but then I'm also not sure where the kids are getting chocolate sauce and flour from either so who knows

      My Newcrest looks the same. Sometimes they clean it a little bit, but usually they just make more mess.

      I've seen children clean up these messes occasionally, too, not just adults.

      But in the concentration pictured above my headcanon would be dem pigeons.

      My Sim child autonomously cleaned up a mess on the sidewalk in front of his house -- not sure if the mess was caused by a family member or a random kid.
