Your lots continuously amaze me, Lightside! Only one word: BRAVO!

I wanted to do something like that myself, but all that CFE work is way out of my league. My Fallingbrook design is as close as I ever came to a Frank Lloyd Wright design.

    Definitely a rec from me:)

    Hey garbuckle,

Thank you for the kind comments.
So glad you liked the lot.

CFE work is pretty annoying in this game honestly,
But I am just used to it, my whole work in TS2 was full of CFE.

You can do amazing stuff with this cheat,
    You just need practice.

The landscaping is beautiful, the little seating area looks like such a peaceful place to sit and lounge.

    Thank you GS,

so glad you liked the landscaping,
And I am glad you noticed that area,

I would love to be a sim to have the chance to sit there,
    that would be wonderful.

Light it is so gorgeous! I knew it was going to be spectacular from the first pics I saw but you still surprised me!!! I left you a message on TSR as well. We will miss you while you are gone! a rec. and a gasp! I already dled it from TSR!

    Thankies Eve for your support,

the whole secret lies in the landscaping, I
just shared the normal shell I think,

but look at it with landscaping, way to different.

    Gosh this is A-W-E-S-O-M-E! :mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:

Light, you made my day. I think this is by far your best modern lot ever. The concept is brilliant, the wood is at it's best, the colours scheme is beautiful, the interior design is very original, the driveway is great, the landscaping is gorgeous... plus it just gave me the inspiration I needed for my next build! :P

You did a fantastic job with that bedroom. It's my personal favourite.
Overall I just love it! Rec', download and fav'! :D

    Congrats!

    Hey Francis,

Oh yes I do also think its my best modern lot.
I just love it, I made so many sketches of it before starting it.

And I was shocked that it looked even better than what I visualized.
I am so glad you liked it, and that you got inspired by it, always a pleasure.

I love every inch of the place especially because it's reminiscent of one of my favorite architect FTL's work.
Glad you put the "skylight" idea to good use.
I just hope I can find transparent floor tiles before we get an expansion with weather .

    Indeed J,

We do need glass tiles, or we will fall into trouble.

I could have sworn that I already commented on this lovely masterpiece....but I dont see it! Lighty...I think this is one of your best builds ever..it has so much style and warmth and the landscaping is over the top awesome. I also love the sandy beige color on the interor..it really is soothing and tasteful and pulls everything together.

I do think as well that this is one of my best lots from my Modern designs.

Lightside take this in a good way, but I am doing the Macaulay Culkin face ROFLMAO!

That build is simply amazing. I love it! I know it had to take a long time to finish. Not to mention CFE had to almost drive you crazy.

    I want a pond=waterfall under my house.

Mmookie: Thank you for the kind comments. Yes that was a great amount of reply threads indeed.

dophinz: Thank you dear, so glad you love it. and thanks for the gift, its really appreciated.

CS: Thank you so much! I love CFE to be honest, nothing in that cheat to drive me nuts, lol. I also wish for a pond and a waterfall at least next to my house rather than under it.

BTFoto: Thank you so much, so glad you like my designs, its really appreciated.

(Seems I didn't notice that I got some replies later, lol)
