@aricarai Are you kidding, that looks amazing!!
I love the pictures, they're so cool, and the pictured area looks so awesome! Ahhhh, I'm so excited! All the exclamation points!!!!!
Yaaay!! @StutteredScreams - I'm so happy you like it! I'm actually finished with the inside I just need to go over everything and make sure all the colors work well together still (I was working on this into the wee hours!) Only the outside to go
I'm totally loving how this is turning out and I hope you will too!
You work fast my friend; I think we're equally as excited for this house which is perfect! @aricarai
Still I can't believe you're already done with the interior, that's just so darn amazing, I can't wait to explore every inch!
The only bad thing about finishing so quickly is that there weren't many WIPs! But I'm totally digging it, especially the art studio!

@StutteredScreams: I am super duper stoked to show you your new house for Lilith and Anya.
A few things to note:
* As I pointed out before, the pictures aren't CC, they were taken by my very talented photographer Sim, Eric Miller.
* When you place the lot, the mailbox will default to the front of the lot. You can MOO (moveobjects on cheat) it back where it was or place it where you like.
* I built this on a 20x30 lot that I placed across the road from the Moonlight Falls Historical Society & Museum and the Van Gould Merchant House & Cafe - it backs onto the river.
Built in an old warehouse with exposed interior brickwork, this 1 bed, 1 bath loft house would suit an artistic Sim and their little meow meow. With hints of vintage charm, the modern open interior spaces are decorated in black and white with pops of vibrant colors throughout. The pièce de résistance of The Loft House is the artist studio; featuring an easel, drafting table, relaxation area, and coffee machine (for those late nights!).
Shall we go on a little tour?
Let's start outside in the (beautiful) rain! Be warned...I luuuurve exterior shots!

Art Studio: Just a step up from the bedroom
And let's just take a moment to appreciate these gorgeous shots
Sam, I sincerely hope you enjoy playing with this lot as much as I had building it. I would absolutely love to see Anya and Lilith enjoying the home! As always, any problems, just let me know!
@aricarai That is, legitimately, the coolest thing I have EVER seen! As the cool kids say these days; I'm shook!
You have done the most amazing job Ari, this is by far superior to anything I could have ever imagined, it's incredible!
I honestly can't wrap my head around how it's even possible that the loft is this perfect, I am so astounded.
You are flipping unbelievable Ari; so gosh darn talented!!
I am of to download, favourite, and recommend right now. And then load up my game asap, cause I need to see this work of art in my game pronto! I want everything the exact same way you made it, so I hope I can find the right spot for the lot and figure out how you placed that mailbox in the wall?? Lol, so cool.
Honestly though I can already tell that I want to live in this house for real, I need this place in my life, would buy it in a heartbeat! Ahhhh, if only!
Alright, enough rambling. I love it Ari, and I love you too FYI, and now I'm off to stare at it on my screen for a long period of time and maybe cry a bit tehehe, So, THANK YOU ARI!!!

Sam (@StutteredScreams), you have no idea how happy I am to hear that you love this! I really love it too! I absolutely adore building warehouse-y type homes. Thank YOU so much for allowing me to do this and bring your vision to fruition! I thoroughly enjoyed building this - throwing in pops of color, the art studio, mixing vintage and modern (I hope I get the right blend), and I so love exposed brickwork! I think I'd live there too
For the mailbox - open the cheat box (ctrl + shift + c) and type in testingcheatsenabled true, then press enter. Open the cheat box again and type in moveobjects on - you'll be able to move the mailbox anywhere, including back where I had it. Grab it and hold down the alt key to move it more freely.
If you have any trouble finding the spot, The Deja Vu Theatre (forgot to mention that in my original post) sits on a corner lot. If your Sim was standing in front of it, they'd be looking at the Van Gould Merchant House and Cafe. If your Sim turned to the walked to the left and then at the corner turned left, I placed the lot along that embankment there. You may have to move a few trees about, but it's a pretty darn beautiful spot and I thought an artist might like to have a cafe around the corner!
Again, I'm so stoked you love this! I'm hoping to have a speed build of it up on my channel before Saturday - just need to get the little beaut edited. Welp, it's almost 2am and I'm rambling (as usual!); time for bed!
Oh and @StutteredScreams - I used a few store items, but they should be in your inbox waiting for you to download
You cheeky devil, the loft was a gift enough itself, thanks Ari.
~~~~~~~~
Thanks for all the info on the other post, I shall follow those instructions now, and get this beauty in place.
I am so so glad that you enjoyed and loved this build it just as much as I did; and now it's here, ready to be lived in, how exciting!
I hope you're having a great, well deserved sleep right now dear Ari. I so look forward to watching the video when you upload! I haven't been using YouTube much lately (been too busy gaming lololol), but it sounds like I have a new channel to subscribe to.
Oh heeeey @StutteredScreams - I'm back with Part One of The Loft House!
Click on the picture to watch on YouTube
I do have Part Two finished, but I'll won't be posting it until next week, so as soon as it is up, I shall come back and let you know! I hope you enjoy watching me build Anya and Lilith's home and listening to me ramble.
@aricarai Hey Ari love, could you please get me a shot of where the outside garbage bin is supposed to go? It was auto placed out the front with the mailbox, which I have placed back in position, but I can't see the bin in your pics so I was wondering where you placed it. Thanks!
@StutteredScreams - I put it in the backyard right next to the BBQ under the stairs. Oh dear, I actually don't have any pictures of where it is...let me pop into game super quick for you. Back in a jiff
You may have to MOO it there, but if you don't want to do that...you could pop it along the fence. I just tend to like them out of the way (and out of pictures )
Thank you Ari! I've put it back where it belongs, 'cause I like it out of the way too.
I've been away from a computer for a while, so I've only just seen your post. Can't wait to watch part 2 and then finally head back into the game, as I've only got to play in the home twice so far as I went away!
@Fireheart2010 - left you another question on the front page about WIPs! Let me know if it's something you like to see or would prefer just to see the finished product
Hello Just the finished lot will be fine. Thank you for taking this on for me.
You got it! Super excited for this
Just so you know, I only tend to Sim on the weekends, so feel free to pop in and chat with me every now and again during the week, if you like! I can't wait - this is going to be very awesome!
@Fireheart2010: Another question for you here. I've got it all mapped out in my head and on paper, just want to make sure that I'm building in the correct spot!
Hello I'm not placing it in Sunset Valley, I built my own world that is similar to SV due to it being an island and it being a "happy" "sunny" themed world. If you haven't started building yet is there anyway we can change lot size to 50x50? I double checked my festival grounds lot and it's 50x50 not 40x40 if not it's no biggy I can expand it so it fits the dimensions.
