1. Bunkbed
2. Laptop
3. Spiral staircase
4. A functional ladder! I loved this addition to TS3 because of all the space it saved.
5. A functional florist table, because flowers and flower arranging A+
1. Laptop. It drives me crazy that one of my sims, who lives in an apartment too small for a desktop, can't whip out a laptop.
2. Spiral staircase
3. Any type of aquarium, whether wall-sized or freestanding
4. A bubble hookah that the sims actually enjoy (rather than hating) and gives dazed or other types of funny moodlets
5. Garage door.
I actually saw an aquarium somewhere in my game, I'm not sure which stuff pack or expansion pack it came in, though

I just looked it up. It came with Spa Day. To me, having an item like that in an SP that would only appeal to a very niche fanbase is like not having the items added to the game at all. So I'm still putting in a request for this to be added in a future EP with broader appeal.
-sun beds (like the outside, next to the pool type, not tanning inside machines)
-bicycles/bike rides
-a dating app (not technically an item, or doesn't have to be-could be a booth you can visit at a festival though) like social media profile but you/your SIM fills out info and it gives you matches for potential blind dates, and when the date happens sometimes it's a good date with someone looking for love but sometimes it's a date who wants to kiss, or make moves etc.
-actor/model career with celeb status (active status, not like 'popular club' status which doesn't do very much with respect to 'fangirling' behavior) (celeb status also good for musician/comedian career, maybe social media too, just not able to get as high of a status with it)
-tattoo/piercing shop (where teens can lie about age/hackers make/sell fake i.d.s)
These aren't true to form actual objects, at least not all of them are, but they're at the top of my list of things that would add to Sims 4 (you guys have been working so hard on adding things I've missed in the game so I thank you and love the additions so far) so if it's strictly objects:
-sun beds
-bikes/bike rides
-house alarm system (active system with response)
-vehicles (not toys enlarged with shift] js)
-interactive pets (even just the mice in apartments 'catch, make pet'. If not dogs, horses, cats yet maybe 'train fish to jump' or pet alien is loose!, or hamster training competition) (that's an item right? You'd buy em in build mode so it counts! Haha)
((Only my second comment so I apologize if I'm doing this wrong/in wrong place!))
(After reading others above, i remebered/agreed with these items that I always forget by the time I go to write them in my sims4 list...sorry!)
-washer/dryer (active) ((!!)) (Crazy how much I loved Sims doing laundry and hate doing it irl)
-corner/L shaped stairs
-strollers(active-walks, snack time, nap, time out for public tantrums maybe?)
-pool tables
-cribs added as option for toddler beds (even three sides with one side lowered/able to be raised- know that would be difficult to do)
So, that's my second, but equally wanted list, sorry it seems more like demanding than anything. I agree with some of the already mentioned stuff too! (Letting shelves hold more clutter objects, crafting clothes, bee keeping, bunk beds etc. would be nice additions) Like I said above, the things that have been added make the game so amazing so far! So keep up the good work and thank you for going out of your way to make the user (me!) Happier!
Bow and Arrows, (Archery Hobby)
Sketch Pad (8x10" and 20x24")
Soccer Ball (Separate from soccer goal)
Samsung, French Door Refrigerators
Either Chaise Lounge or Sectionals
I'm with everyone else on the bunk.loft beds/spiral stairs/laptops. I would also like to see the return of the jump rope/ballet barre. A sewing machine would also be cool.
