No I never made Moana in the game, why?
she would make a very pretty unique sim.
Ah well I don't really make movie characters in my game or real life people, all my Sims are original.
I very rarley get townies that can't dress themselves to this kinda level, but the randomly generated vampires since the new game pack are THE MOST GOSH AWFUL DRESSED SIMS IVE EVER SEEN.
the shirtless luchador is one of several things you'll see often in the city living districts. the people in bathing suits and st patricks day hats are another. and raccoons. and, occasionally, a sim running by panicked in their underwear. they're there to be...i guess more colorful. too much time in san francisco for the dev team (...says someone who lived in that city)
they're all just random townies otherwise. those outfits aren't even saved to them. i go through my unplayed households at minimum of once a week to try and fix hideous outfits or the super annoying easy weight gain from spending all their time hanging around food stalls (even changed one npc chef from one of my restaurants *back* to being chubby because she's supposed to be a chubby chef! quit jogging, lady!)
i think i've got a fair number of terrible outfit screenshots that i should bring back this way as soon as i'm able to post pictures... now, lets see if i can remember to do that..

While testing a park I made the other day and having hot dogs, a bald girl sat next to me and she had the stinky visual effect on her. My Sim kept frowning while eating her food, it was kinda funny

LoL, ive seen a few male sims wearing heels in my game. Specifically when it comes to career outfits.
