Sims aren't aging

Hey everybody! I just jumped back into playing the sims after probably an 8-month break. I recently bought and installed the City Life expansion and the Vampire pack. I noticed that the human living with my vampire doesn't age. I have aging on for both playable sims, playable households, and NPC's, but nobody seems to be aging. Is this a known bug? Thanks!

Was the human an NPC? They may have a hidden trait that stops them from aging.
The Weirdo, CityRepair and StatueBusker hidden traits prevent aging.
Try doing this. Play as the sim. Then type into the cheat bar
testingcheats true
Press enter
Then type in
traits.remove_trait isWeirdo
Press enter
See if that helps.
isWeirdo can be replaced in the removal cheat with isCityRepair or isStatueBusker if that is the hidden trait that they have.
