Im kinda hoping for another ep, but alas the next thing other than the holiday pack i hope they come out with a gp that has fame and reality tv in it (i watch too much reality tv) I want stuff like the bachelor so then we wouldn't control out bachelorette/ bachelor challenges it would go topsy turvy and you could be one of the contestants and have the chance to be kicked off. Or something like Big Brother!!!! Or if your famous you could have your own reality tv show
I'm beginning to wonder if this will be the last full expansion for this iteration. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of excitement for the franchise on the game devs' end. The 2 years of "meh" isn't only from the fans' perspective it seems. The long silences and quick anger from Maxis' reps against the fans is suspicious.
The developers actually seem quite exited to me and it is even understandable because City Living look very good in the videos. I am also sure that it has been quite funny and interesting for them to make and the videos almost made me interested enough to consider buying it because I would actually like to try it out for about half an hour. But I also know that after trying all the new things out for about half an hour I probably never would play it again because there isn't any depth in the gameplay and it is all just about looks. But I am sure that especially the artist among the developers have had a lot of fun making it.
For the future I don't see how depth can be added to the gameplay either. But there are many options for new SPs and similar GPS and EPs will most likely be made too unless the sales numbers are much lower than I think that they are - and those expansions will be fun for the artist to design too
I am unable to even Download My City Living never mind play it, cause right after I Pre-Ordered it, My Laptop decided to not work right, I can log on and do some stuff with it, but downloaded is a HUGE No, I am trying to get it fixed, so until then I hope others are enjoying the city living, .
I am curious as well. I noticed SIMS VIP wrote about the voice actor strike and discussing how it will effect the sims 4. Under the list, they circled sims 4 but a few entries above is "EA GAMES PETS"... Not sure what to think but it would be nice to get 1 of the many things I have been wanting (pets, toddlers, careers, teen pack) . Link to sims vip:

Categories TS4 hasn't occupied yet are: Dating Packs, Pets Packs, Fame Packs, Magic Packs, Collage Packs, Weather Packs, Time Travel Packs, Fashion Packs and Bathroom Packs. (source: sims(dot)wikia(dot)com/wiki/Theme). Biggest category with no TS4 EPs is "PETS CATEGORY", containing 4 packs.
And counting people that suggest Pets Pack more and more: Biggest chances lay on the Pets Pack.
You can alsoadd tropical vacations and nautical themes to that list.
I'm assuming a tropical destination GP is coming pretty soon. We had concept art leaks a while back now with no further word on them and I all but forgot about it until Grant mentioned in the live stream when discussing cultural influences in various packs over the years.. 'West Indies..Caribbean..." I don't know about you but we don't currently have too much Caribbean styles in the game just yet.
Plus, think about all the billboards in San Myshuno that someone has already pointed out. Heaps of travel advertisements, plane icons, even a beach billboard.
And there is also that tropical poster that came with the kids stuffpack.
I would like to see something new like a farming pack that would be pretty cool I would also like ore NPC's this has been my demand since the game's release carpools and school bus to. I would like police to make my Kleptomaniac trait more realistic seems silly that they just get embarrassed and give the item back when caught I would like my sim to be arrested and a family member could have the opportunity to visit them in prison or bail them out I just like a ore realistic scenario to being caught stealing burglars would be great too. We definitely need firefighters too.
I am into Gothic style stuff not farming, but to each their own, I already play 2 different farming simulator games, so not really into more of that in a Sims game, but if they do then glad for those who want it.
Well it seems that Vintage stuff pack is coming out next as well as the Xmas Holiday update, but that was expected, I am more curious as to what will come after the holidays, that is when it gets interesting for Me anyway,:)
