Hello
Come completely out of the game without saving. Then go back in again to the game and see if that helps the issue.
If the issues still remain, repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.
If the issue is still there and you have cc/mods in your game, move your mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and test to see if the issues are still there. If it has helped with the issues, put your mods/ CC back into the newly generated mods folder that is in the sims 4 folder one by one or in batches and testing after each one to see which is the causes of the problem.
Try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps. To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Exit the game and then copy back the "options.ini" or " options " file and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" "custom music " and "mods" folders from the desktop sims 4 folder to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated file/ folders with the old file/folders from the desktop sims 4 folder
If the issues remain, try going into build mode on one of the lots and see if the buildings are there. If they are, save a copy of the build to your library. Then bulldoze the lot. Then place the version from your library onto the lot, then see if your sim can travel to the lot.
Try also starting a new save game and test to see if the issues remain in that new save game .
The autosave file may be causing issues. Go to your save folder in Documents -Electronic Arts-Sims 4 folder and move the slot_00000001.save to your desktop. That is the autosave file. Then launch the game. Go to the load button ( the one with the floppy disk image) in the main screen in the game, load one of your game files, play the game and see if it is working okay.
Also, have you got much free space on the hard drive where your game is installed? Try checking to see if there is much free space on that drive.
Removed the autosave files... community lots are still missing. There are 1.54 TB free on my drive. What would that have to do with the community lots being missing?
Sometimes when there isn't a lot of free space on the drive where the game is installed, simmers have found this issue has occurred.
I wanted to check to see if this may have been the cause of your issue.
I am just checking . Are the community lots able to be visited in the other worlds?

Tried resetting the Sims 4 folder... didn't work.
Buildings do not exist in build mode either.
