  I always use park, and if you hide underground you have to make basement very deep, unless you don't mind the mast coming up thru the ground.

  @StilleWater hahaha I just put the jingle gym on the first floor for the basement and I laughed when I saw the top of it coming out the ground XD

  I have two arcades in my game, one is a café and the other is a bar. Both work great, but I'm sure a park is suitable too.

  Your plan to make an arcade and hangout place for kids and teens, and class the lot venue as a park sounds great! Kids will enjoy coming to the lot. It would be great to have an area in the lot for the kids to play on the jungle gym and monkey bars. I hope that you enjoy working on your build

  If you don't mind using custom content, Sandy at Around The Sims 4 has made modded monkey bars in the form of a tree. Kids will swing from the branches. You could put one in the grounds - it is very unobtrusive.

  If you're still looking for a venue type, what about a restaurant? You can have it serve pizza or something, Chuck-E-Cheese style.

  I always use a cafe. I have one called Andrews arcade on the gallery if anyone wants to check it out I put it in new crest in all of games.
