Okay, so when I open Pose Player, it will open just fine. But it won't open an option to the list of Poses that I have downloaded. It will only bring up the options of 'pose by name' and 'pose by list'
Does anyone know how I can fix it?

@w0lfaddicti0n, are you sure the pose list is included in the pose package? Some creator didn't make it.
You can use Sims 3 Package Editor (S3PE) to see whether the pose list (xml format) is here or not.

Yeah, what she said. Some creators choose not to make their poses pose list compatible and if all the poses you have are NOT pose list compatible, the pose list won't show up (naturally).

WinRAR or 7-Zip are programs to be able to open up files that end in .rar or .7zip. Without either one of those programs, you won't be able to use those files that end with rar or 7zip. There is a 64bit or a 32bit, it just depends on what your PC is.
I use an application called RAR Opener that I got from the windows store (whatever it's called) and it opens both 7Zip and .rar files. It's a lot easier to use, as there are only three buttons when you open the app. One to open a file, one to convert a file from RAR to Zip, and one to (I think, not sure) pack a file into a .rar

Well gosh darn it, I can't use it since I still have Windows 7 as I refuse to upgrade to 10 right at the moment...
It most likely doesn't work because the poses you downloaded aren't "pose list compatible" you are going to need to get the codes for the poses and enter them with "pose by name"

Or at least that's how it works for me.
