Hi,

Not sure if it's a glitch or not, but when a few sims died in the sauna from overheating (someone locked the door) grim came and reaped them but no urn/tombstone appeared. Four have died in the sauna, but only three were in the family - the other was just a visit. This happened on three different occasions.

Do urns/tombstones just not appear in the sauna?
