The May 14th patch was released at about 10am pacific, which is in about 45 minutes. I'm not saying that is what time this one will be released (although I think it'll be around that time). If you look at the times for all the past patch note threads in the Patch section of the forums, you'll see about what times they were released.

You can easily get rid of the incest bug with MC Command. if you dont want mods in your game. install it, remove the bug and then remove the mod again.

yes I'm excited now that have a computer that actually likes the game I have realized that I actually did need more space, also I've never experienced the incest bug OoO that's creepy lol

See I would love the ability to design what my neighborhood will be about from scratch like this... and with the gallery? yes please. I know for a fact, when I move on to Sims 4, I'm going to completely redo all of the neighborhood's from scratch. I want a nice mix of things everywhere. However, I'm also on team "Create a World" so I would like more options... but I like the idea of having a pre-set template and then using creativity to work around it and design and build what would be best where. Sometimes limits can be fun, because you can't "do it from scratch". Newcrest to me feels like a nice place to develop an "uptown" city area. That's what it reminds me of. Perfect for shops, apartments, townhomes etc.

It gets released worldwide at the same time, in the UK for me it's always around 6pm which is in 55mins

It goes by your computer clock as other people around the world live at different time zones it will be different for everyone
