Help with notifs?

I remember that the game will do pop-up notifs as soon as you open the game whenever you download any mods/cc. I turned this off a while back, but now I really want to turn these notifications back on because I swear, every time I forget what cc i have downloaded and I spend forever trying to find it and remember. So how do I turn these on? Thank you!

I cannot post pictures since I am not a member but here is what you do:

-Open Sims 4
-Go to game options (ESC key or click ... at upper right of screen)
-Go to the bottom there is 'Other' section
-There should be a bar that says 'View Custom Content'
-Click it
-CC list should pop out
-The bottom there is a check mark box that says 'Show At Startup'
-Click it

and there you have it.

The list should pop up every time you start up Sims 4.
