  thanks my game currently updating, taking a million years *sigh* I'll have to browse, I mean a shell in the total undecorated sense, no landscaping etc. there was so many for thesims 3 *sigh*

  I'm not entirely sure what you mean by house 'shells', but at this point there are probably almost as many houses on the Gallery as there are Sims.
  And as far as I know you download them furnished, but once that's done, you have the option of placing them in the world unfurnished

  You could download some houses that you like, then delete all the landscaping, furnishings, etc. to make your own house shells. Deleting things doesn't take very long.

  Wow talk about timing, I just uploaded a mir* house last night
  The Hathaway
  based off of the floor plans of a 1920's Sears house. 1st floor: porch, living room, pantry, breakfast nook, and kitchen. 2nd floor: full bathroom, 2 large rooms, and a hallway. All for the low price of 14,483 simoleans. built on the 20x30 potters splay lot
