Did you seriously steal my ideas and tried to make it your own, you know what that is...PLAGIARISM!!!!

I saw some of your ideas and liked them yes but not all of these are your ideas. A lot of these are general ideas people have asked for in the past.

I added your name in the main post
    :)

I want monkeys, and horses, and many sea creatures, such as sea monkeys and sea horses.

I would also love more exotic animals and farm animals as well, beyond just dogs and cats (though those are the main two I want of course.) I'd love for this to be a pets, farm and zoo/aquarium EP all in one.

At very least I would love to see meerkats and honey badgers in this game. >:)
It's kind of sad that I have to point out that anything I say is only just my opinion and may be a different one from someone else.

I expect the animals to be gorgeous and realistic in animations and behaviour if I look at what they did with the Sims...

Horses should also be able to lick or bite sims, because that's what horses do in real life. and horses should also be able to stomp at cats, dogs, etc if they're aggressive or just in a bad mood. Aggressive doesn't totally matter for biting, since all horses will bite at some point. And they should be able to kick sims regardless if aggressive, and it not aggressive, just kick sims when they're being saddled (horses kick or bite when getting the girth tightened.

I totally agree with the farm animals.and monkeys, small animals you can actually play with, like hold, let out of the cage and stuffs.

Horses should be able to have twin foals, either 50/50 or 75/25 because in real life, horses can have twin foals but either the dam/mother dies or one of the foals die usually. But with the better veterinary technology, all three of them can survive if they don't otherwise have any medical problems.

I'd want hedgehogs, rabbits, and birds (I remember in 1 the cat could try to eat the fish, they could try to eat fish, hamsters and birds in 4). Like someone said bring back the hamster disease from 1. If a Sim buys more than 3 cats she can feel sad for being the "cat lady" for a while. A pet rock as an ode to the 70s.

There could be a cow that can assist in farming. It could eat plants, you'll have to shoo it, you can milk it to make cheese or other dairy products. Pigs and sheep (maybe in a hobby EP the wool can be used to knit).

Neighbors' pets can roam in your yard. Raccoons can dig in your garbage or sneak into your roof.

There should also be an option where you have to pay to spay or neuter your pets. All adopted pets should have a lower fee and already be neutered and spayed.

And of course no pets game is equipped without a pet sandal.

OOooh! Pet monkeys would be cool too!

    With all the Sims 3 expansions, micro-managing sounds insane. Minimizing micro-management and maximizing fun best idea, and so;
Reduce pets to social interactions* and assistance roles* with their own animal traits* and personality traits*

    ANIMAL TRAITS (their Nature)
    - DOGS: Most obedient. Trained to do anything. Does jobs for Sims, etc.. Loves favorite toy. Can be Groomed.
    - CATS: Independent and territorial. Few training options. Senses supernaturals; protects Household. Avoids death 9 times. Loves boxes. Can be Groomed.
    - BIRDS: Alarms when someone at door. Wakes Sims up to go Work/School. Mimics social interactions; mocks others with.
    - FISHES: ..blub?
    (Vicious circle DOGS > CATS > BIRDS > DOGS/FISH?)
    ...and others.

    ASSISTANCE ROLES (from Training)
    Collect tablet.
    Collect mail.
Collect dishes and drop next to a sink.
    Go Outdoors and collect Collectibles.
    Serve food from refrigerator.
Make other Sims happy (and unhappy).
Use to avoid awkward social interactions.
Cause Mischief against a Sim for benefit of owner.
Alert Household of Work/School, Visitor, Plant Bugs,
    ...and more.

    PERSONALITY TRAITS (Choose one)
    Some unique to the animal.
    Some unique to all pets.
Some the same as Human traits. (Lazy cat + Lazy Sim)

The Sims 4 is about Emotions and reduced CPU power consumption. Right?
    Also, complete agree with this.

There should just a zoo venue with a lot of interactive things to do and the main attraction could be a huge fish tank that Sims walk through like sea world :D

I would choose his traits to be loyal, Playful and Spontaneous.

I would like to see a Animal Control service with the official tools(catcher pole, net, and cage traps) and the official truck/van pick up lost, stray, & wild animals

Definitley bring back animal control for when people arent taking care of their pets

I just thought of some skills to add

training skill - make it easier or harder to have the animals listen to you
riding skill - for horse back riding

    also some traits for people:
    Animal lover
    dislike animals
    dog lover
    cat lover
    etc.

The OP has some great ideas, I'd like to expand on a little.

    Pets: Weasel/Ferret
    Otter
    Monkey
Sugar Glider (seriously, who does NOT want one of those?)
Mini-Horse/Shetland (and this time can we have carts and wagons to drive/pull?)

Veterinarian is a fantastic JOB idea! Specialise in Large, Small, or Exotic Animals maybe?

I agree with most of what you have said but one thing I would like to bring up is I doubt they would include horses mainly due to the fact that the game is no longer an Open World game and I feel with the game no longer being Open World... I dunno I just feel like the horses would be limited etc and it wouldn't work well. Please no hate, it makes sense to me.

But onto the point about breeding and selling/giving away the offspring. I cannot stress how much this needs to be added in, with the first EP coming out where you can set up your own business, breeding your pets and selling the offspring well it kind of goes hand-in-hand for this. I would love to create an exotic breed of dog and then have the capabilities to sell them to other sims in my world and or setup a website *IRL* for other Simmers to look at and ask for offspring.

Also the height slider for pets is a must. Not all large breeds are the same size as others.

I would like these presets for dog sizes:
Miniature, Small, Medium, Large, Giant, but then have the ability to resize via a slider.

For example: A Great Dane is not the same size as an Anatolian Shepherd, yet they are both considered as a giant breed.

So both breeds would be in the Giant breed preset, and then you could make the Anatolian taller/bigger then the Great Dane etc.

There behavior should be more realistic,
For Example: When they walk or move they should walk like real animals instead of robots.

It would be hilarious if they humped the sims legs and if a farm exp. comes out I would like to see the dog herding cows and sheep. I would like the opportunity to have your dog spayed or neutered and I would like to have kennels and tie outs to contain them for when your sim is not home and more wild animals like foxes, wolves, bears, & etc. I would also want size sliders of course, both food And water bowls and last but not least..alot more interaction.

Cats and dogs should be able to sleep in bed at the same time as sims.

And a another thing I would like to see is dogs jumping on owners from excitement(especially if their adolescents or have the hyper trait) like in real life unless trained right and they should also record real dogs barking and put the sound effects in the game, like they did with horses.

I've never been too bothered as far as pets and generations go but I love these ideas! They have actually sparked a few of my own...

    Cats:
    - Ability to train unwanted behaviour out

    Kittens and Puppies:
    - Often hyper
    - Sometimes quite naughty (especially when hyper)
    - Need to play a lot (become annoyed/angry/rebellious when they haven't been played with in a while)

    Objects:
    - Dog toys (eg: tennis balls, tug-of-war ropes, chew toys)
    - Cat toys (eg: teasers, bell balls, mice)
    - Dog and cat beds
    - Dog and cat collars
    - Scratching posts (for cats)
    - Custom hamster/rat/mouse cages
    - Hamster/rat/mouse toys (eg: wheels, chews, tunnels)

    Other:
    - Pedigree dogs and cats as well as the usual crossbreeds
    - Different horse and hamster breeds
    - Range of coat colours for dogs, cats, horse, hamsters, rats and mice
