In my game I have five young adult vampires living in a castle; There is the queen and her mate, with three others who do her bidding. I'm thinking of turning this into a story, but first my question is what do you call a group a vampires who live together? For some reason, my brain has decided to go blank.

I'd go for "clan," or maybe "family."
NRaas has moved!
Our new site is at http://nraas.net
Apparently living with several other vamps makes them dangerous. More violent and less civil.
In Christine Feehan's "Dark" series, they have Families, Clans and Tribes, but these are types of societies rather than groups that live togeher in the same house.

ROFL!
In the Vampire: the Masquerade game published by White Wolf, a group of vampires that hang around together (eg the player characters) is called a coterie. The V: tM game has all kinds of terminology you can ransack for your sims.
> I always thought it was called a 'coven'.
Witches... That's a group of witches! :|
Clan then. Coven, clan... both start with 'c' and end with an 'n'. I was close! LOL
A cell ?
Why not use the human term: Court? A royal's entourage is usually their "court". Maybe add something vampy to it.
Court Sanguine/Sanguine Court.
Blood Court/Bloodcourt/Blood-Court/Blood-Courtiers.
I like that one, and yes I said queen.
