    If a Sim is pregnant with twins or triplets, will it still say eating for two when she takes a pregnancy test?

      Yes. I think that's just the default phrase, since she'll be eating for herself and the baby. I could be wrong though. :)

      When my sim was pregnant with twins, it still said she was eating for two.

      Yep, it still says she's eating for two. Surprise, surprise when they're born. :P
