      Love the restaurant/bar idea! The layout is nicely done as is the decorating! Your home build is also beautiful and I love how you added a garage with cars! Gives it a more realistic look. Great job on both!

      Thanks @FearTheMeggles, @Tiki5872, and @SuzyQSim1259! I'm so glad people are liking the restaurant! I never really built commercial lots in Sims 3, but I'm finding it really fun in 4 for some reason. Maybe because it's so easy to change the lot type and because the game gives you a checklist of items to include and I've found that as long as I use all the items on the list, the lot will draw a crowd of townies. Fun! :)
