OK not trying to start anything but did anyone who pre-order lose the icon in their origin client today? Just seems like EA is weird with pre-orders regarding the sims.

They said it seems to be a glitch and are reporting it but they were also unsure if it was removed on purpose. Gotta love tech support. I know mine had a pre download date of August 28th so hoping it returns by then. If not I got my ticket number lol. Maybe it has to do with the fact the game was finally rated today and they need to change the Icon? At any rate I was happy to see all of your posts so I know I am not the only glitched simmer!

Edit: Nvm it's available now, it was the same origin update another user mentioned that didn't get applied earlier due to my windows restart, sorry guys. Also my icon is also gone.
Yes. I posted this screenshot about 5 hours ago.
The order is still listed in my purchase history. But there is no grayed out game in My Games.
