    How long do I need to be around in order to post pics?

    I have been around, I just havent posted that much lately. When I try to upload a picture, it says I need to be around a little while longer? Just how long?

      It's because you're rated as new member, Sweetie! Its su**s, actually! You're not able to do much thing as a new member such posting pic or quoting. To be promoted to Member, you got have 50 points by earning badges, likes, LOLs...

      I've been through this, I'll like your post to help you! ;)

      EDIT* I LOL your post so you can get the 5 LOL badge, ok?

      Yeah, that's weird! I just tried to post a picture on my page and I got an error! Never happened this before. The site must be in maintenance at the moment, I don't know... Let's wait... :\

      what if you don't get any likes, agree, lol, I know i won't get any so what do I do?

      I can't edit my post that I made with the sims 3 website and I can't make a new post so I hope it's ok to post this here.

      I have a competition going where I am giving away my 900 simpoints as I no longer need them for the sims 4. The competition is on page 4 in Gift Gathering -Thank Yous & Gifting discussion, If anyone is interested please head over there, I can't post a link yet.

      I gave you a lol luckyoyo74. I can just see it now, soon there will a thread for all new members where everyone basically "lols" their post so they can be "promoted". It's pretty dumb that they can't post pictures, many people who are not online very often only come here when they have a problem....and sometimes you need a picture to illustrate said problem. *sigh* Hopefully that is something they will take care of soon.

      I am in the same boat that angelamelvin1986 was in. I was a member of the old Sims 3 formus for 5 years, mostly as a lurker. So I sign into the new forums and it shows my five years but I am classified as a "new member" and I can't post any of my CAS demo sims.

      It really is frustrating :s . EA should have made anyone with more than a year on the forums automatic members. Oh well, I'll just have to wait it out.

      I've been on the forums for almost two years, I'd like to say I was just a lurker before this, but I'm not. I posted quite frequently. Up until today I've had no issue posting links or pictures. Today it told me I didn't have the privilege but I've been all over the forum. This isn't very well thought out. What's the purpose of it anyways? I know I'm never going to be a member so I guess I'll just have to leave the forums since I often use links and pictures and I don't know how I'm going to get the points I need.

      Oh yeaah, sista!! I like many bands from the grunge movement: Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots... but it's funny as AIC never considered themselves as a grunge band! lol :D

      Well, I love Mudhoney, and I also, of course, like Nirvana (but hey don't take me for a commercialist) and I hate that Smells like Teen Spirit song. I like their first album and their last, Nevermind was kinda pop-ish. Bleach was the best. But I don't just listen to grunge! I like the pistols, the velvet underground, lou reed. Rock is awesome!

      What? rank system. Why did they do that? I had to make a new account just to pre-order on origin. My Sims account has an old email I no longer use. I'm not new, just my new name. Bummer :\ And It's the same sort of, mrln420 to mrln1975 use to be mrlnplayer for sims2. Just the numbers are different. It's my real name with the vowels missing. :D
