MrzNSmith - I like the layout of your build. Your landscape is amazing! And I love how you did the glass roofs. I love that your eatery is basically all out doors. And all the little details you added with decor pieces really makes the bakery wonderful!

The inside restaurant and bar area is Asian inspired with music from the wonderful city of Shang Simia, China. Taste the wide variety of items on the menu and relax while having some wine imported from Champ Les Sims, France. Out front is an outdoor market inspired from Al Simhara, Egypt with the finest produce grown organically from the garden of the world famous Megami sisters, with a community sample garden just outside the patio area.

Thank you for the compliments. I was at a loss on what to build. I think I feel asleep when artistic and creativity were being handed out and got an extra dose of critical thinking and analyzing, but the good thing is I have learned a lot even though I'm still not good with certain things no matter how many tutorials I look at.

Erm, would modern Japanese qualify? Because I've been to heaps of places with a sort of modernized Japanese style which I find really nice and simple, weirdly relaxing.

ArikaB - Your build is really lovely. I especially like your cafe; the colors and patterns go well together. And they are inviting and relaxing. Your market is lovely. Your parking lot is lovely; I like all the plants you added by the stalls.

redkitty42 - I like the architecture of your cafe. I like how you put the little market in front of the cafe building. Your outdoor cafe eating area is lovely; I really like how you landscaped it.

MaryKup - Your build is really lovely. I like your cafe and out door eating areas. Your market is really lovely and has a nice setup. I like how you did the well and flowers in picture 21. It was really fun that you went with a Tuscany feel for your build!

O this is going to be a tough one. I am not really good at coming up with a floor plan from scratch I usually look for some online and go from there. But I can't find any that are Japanese style.

Ruairi and Eve Ryan are new to Sunset Valley. There are rumors that their marriage is a cover for Eve to gain information on the corrupt politicians in the city. I mean, why else would total opposites get married???

Rauiri is a Sagittarius who loves to cook in his spare time. He's adventurous , which is why he agreed to help Eve. Charismatic, flirty and ambitious, he sometimes forgets he's supposed to be married.

He loves sushi, Chinese music and his favorite color is red

Eve is a Libra, she wants balance in her life always. She also loves sushi and Chinese music which is why her best friend is Rauiri. Her favorite color is yellow.

She is hot headed and has commitment issues. Her fake marriage may be her only one. She's athletic and brave so she loves her job.

    Thank you very much.

I am not really happy with the way I left the roof, it's not the best I could have done, but I liked the patio and the restaurant and ran out of time. I will probably be practicing more on Japanese/Chinese style roofs and homes before entering this next challenge. I get frustrated with roofs soo much I have to take frequent breaks so I don't throw my laptop when building! But when I do get them right I really am happy :)

    happy easter

I know this thread have many great buildings... and have had as an event over the years.

Have you ever made any sports bars or show time venues?

becouse I'm looking for some in my treasure hunt.

If you have you could enter them there (old builds are perfectly fine) and maybe win a little something.

during easter I have a little lottery where all entries submitted in that time goes in a lottery in a chance for inning extra gifts.

so if you want to join and promot your buildings even more, just click my siggy.

Maybe I schould say that it is also posible to nominat other builders, by makeing an entry for them, so they win, so if you know your friend got an amazing comunity lots (thats the curent hunt) why not nominat them? that way they might get a gift... and if your fast you might both get an extra gift.

hope to see some of you there
