I shared 2 modern lofts for the sims.

The first one is called 'Lofty Lodge' and it has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, living room, a large kitchen/ diner, laundry room, art studio, a walk-in-closet, garage and a swimming pool. The second build is a micro, mini loft build for Aricari's contest 'Small Space, Big Style'. It is called 'Lofty Dreams' and it has 1 loft bedroom, 1 bathroom, an open plan living, kitchen/ dining area and a garage. This modern loft is ideal for a young sim couple living and working in the city. It costs 58,377 Simoleans. I hope you guys will like it.
