Downsizing? Or just starting out? Heres the perfect little 10x10 cottage for the sim just starting their new adult life or for that retired sim who wants to get back to the simple life. Bedroom, living and kitchen all in one room. One bathroom. No CC. No CAP
The main house has the usual stuff: 3 large bedrooms (one with fireplace), 2 large full bathrooms upstairs, family room up, 1 half bath down, office, laundry room, garage for one car, greatroom with fireplace and combined living-dining-kitchen room.
Two outbuildings: garden shed and barn with 4 box stalls.
A charming Tuscan studio, perfect for a sim interested in the culinary arts. An ornate garden trellis provides space for growing outstanding ingredients and there is room for outdoor and indoor entertaining. An open plan environment gives places to read, knit and cook. The property is of classic Tuscan architecture and has eclectic decor with lots of different textures for a homely feel.
A white modern studio home with orange accents throughout. Featuring a sunkin living room and custom art from my sim. There is only one room in the home and that is the bathroom. No CC! Only two store items. $58,026
I hope you enjoy this home. It is rather a leap for me, and my cottagey style, but was great fun to build! It is an original design. Thank you for any downloads, rec's and comments!
1BR 1BA Detached Bohemian art studio with plenty of creativity inspiring colors. Seems the owner of this place was into some other forms of the arts as well. Bird and recluse friendly. Forested lot with plenty of room for stowing stalker ex boyfriends. **I really liked Nicole Kidmans part in that movie so I just ran with that. She seemed slightly modern yet hippie/bohemian so I tried to incorp both those styles. The art studio is modeled after some of the hippie style eclectic home interior's I've seen in an area of my city (Atlanta,Georgia) where these type people prefer to dwell and shop called "Little 5 points" (Google it!)
