    Yes, but from what I can remember of Photoshop the principle is still the same :D.

    Also another good thing about using this method is you can erase or lower the ocpasity on the areas you dont want the effect.

    I did one of Kirsty's photos :)

    I added a background and some makeup, but I was mainly concentrating on the hair drawing, which I'm pretty proud of. It's my first time using that method, and I think it came out okay.

    Lol I just saw how over-sharpened it is. Ah, well, see it anyway hehe.

    Oml, I haven't popped in or edited anything in ages~ ;-; Everyone's pictures are seriously gorgeous.
    Moth, seeing as I'm so inactive as of late, I've never had the chance to compliment your hairdrawing, have I...? Well it's absolutely gorgeous. Like, wow, I'm envious over here. n_n

    I tried a little edit myself. I feel so out of practice~ (And I've just noticed that hard line once I uploaded - oops!) :c

    I would perhaps tone it down a little? :3 Or perhaps change the brown colour... I think a dark blue-y grey on an overlay layer might help? It would work better with the other colours. EDIT: I just caught the photoshop bit. xD Either way, try a dark blue-y grey. I'm not sure about the layer types and how intense they are in Photoshop, though, so don't do all of that stuff.

    And thank you Kirsty~ :) I love your sim by the way.

    A few days ago I took random shots... I was going to practise editing, but I only tried with one, and I failed completely. :lol: I guess they might be useful for clothes and hair drawing, or practise with stocks. Warning: They're all nudes (which is why I'm linking the album instead).

    Thought I'd try one of yours, Moth~
    I gave hair stocks a go for the first time; I combined two with a tiara and some flowers. I'm also practising lipstick and eyeshadow drawing (the lashes are brushes) and other make-up-y stuff as I haven't done them in a while - or at least it feels like it. ;-;

    Those photos are both so good! I know you used a stock on the second one but on the first, how did you draw it? Do you have a graphics tablet?? >.<

    I downloaded gimp onto my nanas computer just so I could do one of these

    She is a random alien thing (and she was very hard to do because my nana has the worst mouse in the world) also something weird happened to the sides of her face ;-;

    Hannah, it actually looks like we use similar Hair Drawing methods. Or we have similar drawing styles. Your pictures are gorgeous. :)

    Since Angel is MIA at the moment I thought I would try and give everyone my feedback :D.
    @Michelle - I cant really comment on that image unfortunately.

    @ Bebs - Cute edit ;). The lips stick looks good but I would have added a few tiny lip lines and shine too it to make it more realistic.

    @ Gemma - Cute Alien. Love the hair on the second of your edits, is it drawn (?). I am impressed :D. Your closed eyes are good I would say that maybe a little dark creasing could help :D. The flower is cute but it is really blurry around the edges.

    @ Eggy - she looks amazing, such a creative image, love the hair colour change I think it suits her better. Love the paint, not sure if it is 100% realistic looking but I really love this (insert heart here).

    I don't have gimp or photoshop (I know, I suck), so I just used picmonkey and edited the pic with filters and such, trying to give it a wintery theme.
