Ocean Cradle (Houseboat) No CC
A cozy home on the ocean. ;-) 2 bedrooms,1 with a double bed and 1 with a singel bed. " 3 all in one bathrooms" I did not put too much on the deck outside, because I wanted my sims to bee able to fish from the boat. No CC. Made by Kariussa
Here's my contribution to the showcase. I present to you, the Double Dragon Palace resort. I didn't put it in my description because I forgot, I hope that's not a problem :S
Luxury for newlyweds, Sims with a family and adventurous Sims that will stay at our stilted Cabins. Highly luxurious, this resort is not for the Un-motherloaded
Take a dip in the Imperial pool!
The Puritan is a Sears Kit Home from a 1920's catalog. Kit homes were homes where all the parts were pre-cut and shipped by train to the customer's location. It is a Dutch Colonial design and has a living room, dining room, and kitchen on the first floor. There is a bathroom and three bedrooms on the second floor; a Master bedroom with a full bed, a second bedroom with a twin bed, and a third bedroom which currently holds a chess set and an artist's easel.
Happy Simming! :-)

Nemeios Estate has been a labor of love. It is the first home that was created for the sim family I am playing. It was named after the Nemean Lion from Greek Mythology. There are many lions featured throughout the grounds, can you find them all?
The estate will sleep a family of 8. There are 5 beds and 7 baths in the main house, and another bed and bath in the guest house. Perfect for a legacy home. Grandparents can live in the guest house, or at least that's my plan for my game.
Everything has been upgraded. The bookshelves contain all books available for purchase in game, as well as those from WA. The basement has a full bar with wine imported from France. There is a beautiful media room, art studio, gym, lab and workshop also in the basement. The main floor has a large kitchen, formal sitting room, formal dining room, family room, laundry and powder room. The office is also on the main floor and is fit for an adventurer complete with spoils. Ascend the beautifully detailed L-shaped stairs to the bedrooms. The Master suite features a dual fireplace and a five piece bath. The nursery is currently decorated for a girl, but could easily be recolored. There is a pirate themed room for two boys complete with desk nook. The two other bedrooms were designed for a teen boy and girl. All bedrooms have their own bath. The grounds are gorgeous with plenty of relaxation space. The house features a covered porch with fireplace, that overlooks a fountain, or the pool depending on your view. You will find a spa and a bar by the pool. There is a stunning fire pit area in the back of the yard, and a complete garden with every plant available in game, and yes they are of perfect quality. Hopefully your sim family can find their tranquility here. I know mine will.

I would love to add my new houseboat, 1 Bd, 3 all in one Baths, hot tub, No CC, No CAP, built with EP's SP's and Store item. Lots more pictures on my thread just click the picture link below...
I have no idea how to do the fancy pictures that you all use to display your builds. Y'know, with the house at nice angles with the writing. But I do think I'm a pretty good builder and have some good ideas. I spent my night building this traditional but modern lodge-themed house. Furnished and decorated with a spacious garden.
Catching the Radical Wave... Inspired by BNS Build
This house has 3 bed, 4 bath, living/dining/kitchen great room, workout room, media room, study. Originally in Sunlit Tides, but could go anywhere. Built for two professional surfers and their love of the ocean. Color schemes are based on their favorite colors; Red and Aqua. Hope you enjoy! As Always CC Free!
This boat is inspired by the Veronica by Data Head. The serene getaway for a young couple includes an aquatic Greek theme in the bedroom and living area, complete with large aquariums. The modern and luxurious kitchen, dining, and seating area are a dream for any couple looking for a retreat. As always, No CC and hope you enjoy. Rec if you like!
Edited: August 27th.
I just found that I have offended, of which was not my intention. I liked the form of the Veronica and was not sure how to achieve it. I used CFE to get the half walls and found how it was done. I had the build sitting there with the rear fin, and the glass sloped sections from the store. The main area was so similar to the inspiring "Veronica" and I knew I had no living/sleeping quarters and would have to go into the basement. When The Showcase was coming to an end... I had found how to make a shark tank and used the Greek items from the store to make the basement area. I stated in the description I was inspired by DataHead's "Veronica" so as to not take credit for his ingenuity. Clearly I failed in those regards and Offended. Please in this Public Forum hear my apologies for all slights and injury.
