I might have been the one doing the posting, but I certainly wasn’t talking to myself (hmm… let’s move on, shall we?!)
Welcome to MY Post Party!
I’m thrilled that you got your invitation and found the right address. Besides mixing and mingling, there are:
Two DAILY drawings – each worth 100 simpoints in WL items!
TWO lotteries – 10 prizes worth a total of 3,900 simpoints in WL items!!

Time-Frame:
This celebration will open at 10:00am (EST) on Monday, April 29th and will close at 10:00pm (EST) on Friday, May 3rd. Winners for the lotteries will be drawn roughly thirty minutes after the nomination window closes – please be advised that this might start a little later as we need to be sure that all names are on the various lists.
Daily drawings will occur around 10:00pm (EST) each night. I might be a little behind schedule on Tuesday night, but never fear… names will be drawn!
Winners MUST post their gifting preferences by 10:00pm (EST) on Saturday, May 4th.
The ever-generous envira_x and benevolent Bookworm742 are helping with sponsorship and we will do our best to distribute prizes in a timely fashion.

THE Rules – read, know, follow!
Simpoint Lottery:
1. This is strictly a NOMINATION lottery – that means you may NOT nominate yourself!
2. You may nominate as few as one (1) person or as many as five (5) people, but you may NOT nominate the same person more than once! This means your TOTAL nominations may not exceed five!
3. For each person being nominated, please mention WHY you have chosen them. People are pleased when they see that they have been nominated, but it will be even more special when they and others see the reason why!
4. Every person may be nominated up to FIVE times! We will count repeat nominations until that person has reached their 5th time on the Nomination List. Once someone has been nominated FIVE times, their name will be posted on a “Max Nomination” List and CAN’T be nominated again.
IF you choose someone who has already been nominated five times, you can change your nomination. Otherwise your nomination will be disregarded.
5. Yes, you MAY nominate someone who doesn’t have a wishlist because they can gift their prize!
6. If you need to make changes, please edit your original post AND make a post informing us of this fact. If you don’t make a post notifying us of your changes, then your original entry will stand as is – and run the risk of being overlooked and possibly not entered into the drawings.
7. You may NOT nominate envira_x , Bookworm742, or ADWilson, nor use any of the multitudes of nicknames each possesses and try to be sneaky that way.
8. Failure to follow rules will cause YOUR name to be posted to the “Post of Shame”. I believe the rules are simple enough to follow and do not wish to spend a lot of time having any of my helpers or myself post to remind you of the rules. If you end up on this Post, there will be a reason listed next to your name. Please check the Post to ensure that your name isn’t listed and run the risk of not being included in the drawings. If you are listed, simply make the necessary corrections (see rule #6) and make your nomination count.
As you can see half of my prizes are for those who DO the nominating because I think it will be fun for them to be able to get gifted or fling around gifts, too! So nominate someone for the Simpoint lottery with a valid entry and YOUR name will be entered into this drawing. Yes, it is that simple!
Even though there are two different lottery drawings, I am fairly certain names will appear on both lists. If you win a prize in one “category” then you are ineligible to win a prize in the other “category”.
Daily Draw:
1. Your name gets added to the Daily Draw when you nominate someone for the Simpoint Lottery with a valid entry.
2. Each day you are encouraged to post pictures, chat, and help keep this thread going with lots of party chatter. Do this and your name will be added one (1) time for each day that you post.
3. Do NOT post links to your YouTube channel or anything else that could be considered as hijacking this thread. You/your entry will be automatically disqualified from all drawings and you will be placed on the “Post of Shame” and not be allowed to leave it.
4. There will be a drawing each night around 10:00pm (EST) to select TWO winners. We will do our best to be timely, but RL things take precedence and might prevent us from drawing on the dot, but never fear there WILL be drawings each day.
5. If your name is chosen for the Daily Draw, you are ineligible to win another Daily Draw.
6. Daily Draw is different from the other two lotteries and winning in the Daily Draw will NOT exclude you from a chance to win a prize in the regular lotteries.

Drawing Winners
*Winners for each drawing will be chosen using a randomizer (such as random.org).
*Daily Draw will be drawn each evening (including the last night). Once the winner has been chosen, that person’s name will be removed from the rest of the Daily Draw drawings.
*After Daily Draw names have been posted for the last night (May 3rd), then the winners for Simpoint Nominations will be drawn.
*I will roll for each individual Simpoint prize. Once the winner of that prize has been chosen, that person’s name will be removed from both Nomination and Nominator Lists before I roll for the next prize.
*As soon as Simpoint Nominations have all been drawn, then the fun begins again with individual rolls for the Nominators.
If YOU are a winner, CONGRATULATIONS!!
*Winners will need to post HOW they wish their prize winnings to be distributed. Please include name/s of person to be gifted, wishlist link/s, item number/s, and item name/s in your post. The deadline for letting us know is 10:00pm (EST) Saturday, May 4th.
*If the winner does not have enough in-range items to use ALL their allotted Simpoints AND has chosen not to contact us about splitting their prize (or gifting the remainder of their prize)… then unused points will be gathered into a Wild Card prize. I will then roll (using only the names of those who have not yet won a prize) for a final Wild Card prize, equal to the amount of any unclaimed Simpoints.
*If the winner does NOT have a wishlist or doesn’t have any items in target-range for their prize AND s/he misses the deadline for stating gifting preferences, that person will forfeit their prize entirely. I will then roll for a NEW winner of that prize. These Simpoints will NOT be added to the Wild Card prize.
*Gifting takes time – especially because we want to get it right! We anticipate that some of the winners will ask for multiple friends to be rewarded and in order to ensure that no mistakes are made on our end, we ask for your patience in giving us several days in which to take care of all the gifting needs. All gifting, barring the exception of having to do any re-rolls, is expected to be done by Wednesday, May 8th at 10:00am (EST)
