This may seem like a silly question :oops: but are recolours any item that has been changed in/using create a style(CAS)?
(If so I will have to get around to uploading some of my own )

I have to say I never really liked that dress before, I have to be drawn to something before I'll attempt to recolour it myself normally, but after seeing your recolours I am viewing that dress in a whole new light! That's one of the things I'm most excited for from this thread, seeing new ideas for old clothing etc! So awesome idea!

I'm a pretty easy going person and I'm willing to change the rules of the thread when and if it makes since to do so. So if there was a lot of interest in say hair colors, I'd be cool with that. I might be willing to allow CAP patterns providing that you are the maker of the pattern.
Sugestions are welcome.
Oh, BTW am about to go out for dinner & probalby won't be back for several hours.

CAP is Creat-A-Pattern; a lot of people, myslelf included; liked making our own custom patterns to design items with. Unfortunatly for I think over a year now this feature has been broken.

BV, my CAP is working fine - have you checked yours lately? I know the CAW (Create-A-World) tool has been broken for some time, but I just used my CAP today.
Edit: I keep forgetting to say this...you should post those recolors you did for Mama D's "Beauty" thread - those were really awesome. Maybe even a tutorial on how you made those leg warmers look like slouchy boots. I think people would love to see all that! (I was so inspired that I went into ,y game and immediately recolorde that outfit like you did! Lol! I used a CAP though.)

It isn't actually the CAP tool that is broken. It's an issue that when a piece of clothing goes through the exchange it is compressed, something in the compression is causing the pattern to not be applied to the clothing. It works for the person who made it, but nobody else. When I tested a few weeks ago by downloading a few dresses off the exchange they wouldn't work in game. Do you have any cap designed clothing in your studio we could test?
