    We need in help. Rirow plagiarized Bangsain's house.

    modified bitter words.

    The same thing happened to we in many times. Even World theft.
    We often fail upload. but EA do not fix it.
    We use a different language. It is Korean.
    Korean users upload difficult.
    Probably the reason. Language problem seems to.
    Reported the theft, but EA did not help.
    However, EA is not obligated to accept reported.
    We have no other method than this.

    You think my behavior is bad, but Then what should I do?
    Does not help anyone. Theft being, we just looking? right?

      Check in the Creative Corner forum and see if anyone knows how you can report this to the EA Exchange -- I think they can pull an item if there's obvious plagiarism (which in this case there is). Sometimes people will make modifications to a house (for example, add a basement) and then reupload, but they should at least give credit to the original builder.

      ok shoot me if im wrong, but riorw uploaded the Alchemists House on 28th Oct 12 and skyrim (bangsain?) uploaded 16th Jan 13 , in other words today.

      riorw has the house first, so he isnt the theif is he

      So who is stealing from who and why are you so concerned

      I'm afraid your friend might be out of luck with getting copied lots off exchange.
      Since the copier posted on the exchange before your friend posted same lots on exchange.
      The original lot maker posted on another site, therefore it will be hard to convince people to report here.
      Even though your friend obviously posted online first :?

      This thread* should be closed to prevent any more aggravation.

      To the OP just because you're upset doesnt mean you get to publically target them.

      You should have taken this to a guru or even ask around how to report plagiarism.

      Yes they (may) have stolen/plagiarised however taking it to the forums like this makes you sink just as low as the person. Reporting it to the appropriate people would have been the best step.

      Doing it this way you're just asking for trouble and bad feedback.

      It's definitely stealing. That's disgusting! It's really easy to find out who is real builder. just go her blog and see whole lots! and check the date!

      I wanna see Curtis Paradis create houses like that... They're beautiful. Sadly that means routing-problems up the yazoo...

      Your fine, people report this on here all the time. I think that is all you can really do. Oh, and at the bottom of the plagiarized lot on the exchange is a "Report Item" button or something like it. Click that and see what you get.

      I get the moral aspect of it however that does not allow you to publically humiliate the person.

      Whether they are indeed guilty or not of stealing the work of someone else is not for you to decide alone or to post.

      Keep reporting it, find out what else you can do but you have no business outing people on the forums.

      I've already reported this thread to a Guru to ask them to close it.

      She isn't humiliating anyone, she is informing. People do this a lot on here.

      If they had of just let the name be and circle the dates without putting the guys name in large bold lettering that would have been informing. The OP used the guys name on p. much every single picture.

      Beautiful homes you have made to be stolen. Even though it might seem selfish, I would keep what I have and upload them to my friends on my friends list and not to the public. Thievery like this hurts everybody because good house makers become more reluctant to post thier creations.

      I get the aspect that if a person does something wrong, they do actually deserve the humiliation. It is very obvious that riorw stole, right?

      I HAVE got my facts straight.

      You need to make sure your story ties up before you start creating a war. This is nt even your argument, I would have more sympathy if the person who allegedly built them first was complaining, but you are not even the builder!

      There is way too much of this sort of argument , he stole this, they stole that. So what, if you read EA terms and conditions the only person who owns ANYTHING uploaded to this site is EA themselves.

      Indeed i can, click on the 2 profiles and you will clearly see that bangsain (skyrim) uploaded those houses today

      It's not the dates that I'm concerned on THIS website. In Bangsain's blog(*hint hint*), the houses were indeed uploaded first and ggoyam did specifically show this in the post. This is plagiarism.

      Bangsain's Origianl Alchemist's house was posted on 09/23/2012
      and Riorow's Alchemist's house was shared on 10/28/2012

      and even Riorow has not Supernatual Expansion Pack.
      He had a only Original
      (I'm cheacking his Wall, My games Icon, but maybe this is bug... :( )

      Anyway,I think Riow stole those houses from Bangsain's blog.

      He should be apologize to Bangsain and other users who loves her houses, and must be delete those stolen houses from exchange. :x

      I'm seriously upset because Bangsain saids she will gonna shutdown her blog, If he doesn't apologize to her

      I'm really want her houses,
      so Riorow, If you had a little bit of conscience,

      Anyway I asked him if his houses were stolen from myskyring back in October, and he told me a lie that they are cousins and that she would have given permission to him (which obviously proves out to be a lie now). I already reported his houses back then though.

      Myskyring's houses are some of the best I've seen! She is super-talented. I hope this site doesn't leave a bad taste in her mouth :/ I'd love to see more of her houses here because I unfortunately don't understand Korean :D

      The houses have been on the site (http://myskyring.blog.me/) longer. Riorw is definitely the thief over here! Some of you seem to be rude to ggoyam who is just trying to defend her friend who doesn't speak much English!

      Seems like the gurus didn't listen to you and it looks like they won't listen now. Just one person reporting doesn't make a huge impact. :(
