Fixed the Dream Home Decorator Jacket - Now Tagged Properly in CAS

Hey ya'll! I'm new to modding and have been learning by creating some simple fixes. Someone on reddit reminded me that this jacket from Dream Home Decorator that is improperly tagged in CAS, to the point that it can't be found at all for female sims and can only be found by removing ALL tags for male sims. I fixed that, so it shows up correctly under masculine and feminine jackets. Disclaimer - this is an override and makes the game read the jacket as CC. The game will read it normally again if you remove this override (useful for avoiding the cc filter on the gallery)
