Sleeping mod

Is there a mod or something to keep my sims sleeping through the night? I just get annoyed when they wake up in the middle of the night. I miss it when we used to have the alarm clocks and they would just sleep til it went off.

LMS has a "sleep all night" mod. It's one I cannot play without.
