    How to get rid of water consumption fine?

    I forgot to turn off the pack settings for Eco Lifestyle & now my main family keeps getting fined & having their water shut off for too much water consumption. Is there any way that I can turn this off? I feel like I tried to repeal it, but nothing ever came of it.

      When you repeal it, did you go around and get 5 people in the neighborhood to sign the repeal?

      It doesn't actually get repealed unless you get those 5 signatures before the time limit is up (by Monday at 6pm).

      Or you can use testingcheats to repeal it instantly. To do that just turn testingcheats on and shift-click the mailbox. There's an option to instant-repeal any NAP there.
