    Plastic Surgery Option

    I miss this feature from the Sims 3, typically when my sims become celebrities I like to make them plastic surgery obsessed. Even in regular gameplay I would use the plastic surgery option rather than doing CAS.fulleditmode, fits better into gameplay and cost simoleons.

      Yeah, I would like to see implant like boobies. And lips botox etc...

      Yes! I would be really happy if they would introduce plastic surgery. And if all the changes wouldn't transfer to all the offspring it would be ideal. Maybe as a kit?

      Problem i would have is that itd definitely need to be somewhat controllable so sims dont go looking completely different to point of whos that by mistake

      maybe small things like wrinkle removal,mole removal, scar removal, bottom (what is uncensored word dang it) upgrade, chest smaller/bigger and weight related stuff

      wouldn't mind some scars from failed operations too
