I would like to bring bits and pieces of sims 3 gameplay to sims 4 like kids playing tag together, teens learning how to drive, strollers for babies and toddlers, bachelor/bachelorette party. The party around the neighborhood that you can go to. The prom for highschool. The Ice cream truck.
in other words, you badly want Sims 4 Generations expansion pack
I never played with Lucky Palms but I would actually like that or another world with casinos. We have Oasis Springs but it's more that I would want the casino world. Adding more optional and unexpected gameplay options would be interesting as well.
TS3 was great fun. I'd really like to have back (as well as some of the CAS bits)...

- If I recall correctly, in TS3 you could edit the hair colour in more detail as well- highlights, streaks etc.
- I feel TS3 had a bigger variety of social interactions and animations for said interactions
- Baby play objects, like the play mat, swing, and also I would like the stroller back.
I would love to see the world traveling from Sins 3, and bring back things like the karate skill. I would also love horses that you can train/ride, garages, and cars you can drive
I'm saying this because Sims 4 CAP + Sims 3 Pets gameplay would be an absolute dream for me. If I could combine what I like about C&D with a Sims 3 rewrite for what I don't, even better. Plus the occults 3 has over 4 and some occult touches I miss. Oh, and picking the seasons, please and thank you.
This being said, I always want all of the personality (choice and unique options matter), and nothing beats the freedom of designing everything down to the last detail with CAW. Definitely one of my favorites with 3 was just how much of a god game it felt like with CAW.

I felt the time travel in TS3 was really well done but there are lots of other things they could do with it. (Going into the past for example).
