I had to restart my Opposites Attract save (don't ask, something went wrong) and I'm just going to use the MCCC to cheat the Communications degree like Alexis had in my last save. I don't feel like doing university all over again. Takes way too long.
I usually don't like using cheats to do stuff like degrees and promotions but sometimes gotta do what you gotta do.
You may wish to place your family into your My Library, too. They keep their jobs and their degrees, just nothing in the personal inventory. Put those into a small room and place that room, in the library, too. Trust me, I learned the hard way. I am formally the Queen of Restarts.

Yes, it does, but that's what makes the Sim High Maintenance. Oh, and never use it again.
If I use the high maintenance trait I always use the wellness skill with it, seems to help calm them down but yea it is an annoying trait. I dont know if they fixed it but it always bugged me how when they got out of thier anger mood theyd still walk angry
Tails are extensions of an animal’s spine. They do not grow out of the mid back. In case anyone is wondering why mods for werewolves/dragon people/cat people/lizard aliens and other fantasy-characters-with-tails look off.
@cyncie I've always wondered how it would look if werewolves had tails that were an exploit of the Cats & Dogs dog tails. Those look super realistic on the dogs. Maybe it would require the werewolf sims to use the dog animations? (you couldn't sit in a chair with that tail for example)
Now I'm wondering if a modder has done that...
I finally finished sorting out the cc that was causing the restaurants in my game to not function. Clicking on the table to Order food wasn't found. Actually, I didn't remove anything. I have another game folder and since things were working just fine in that one, I slowly introduced some of the other clothing cc into it and took Sims to a restaurant. Lo, and behold, after testing 11 items today (three mods tested the day before) my Sims were still able to Order Food. So, I got wild and crazy and decided to test my other game. My main save. It's working! Why I had to go through this Odyssey I don't know.
Is it normal for played sims in restaurants to get served their ordered food but npc sims get nothing/ignored? I do have Carl's Dine Out mod installed. I haven't taken it out yet to test without it.

In two of restaurants today, only my sims would get served and the other sims would get completely ignored. The waiters would go to 'check on' the other NPC eaters from time to time but no other orders would get placed. I'm going to check without Carl's Dine Out mod and if it still happens will start a thread if needed on AHQ.

This one made me think. Although I've considered getting it I don't have Carl's Dine Out mod. When my sims eat in restaurants the other customers get served... sometimes.
@Brd709 I may try to play without Carl's mod, but it's very nice to have when one is running their own eatery. Which is why I have it. I have aspirations of my own. LOL

@GalacticGal Not sure what quite happened with that mod in my save. It has improved the Dine Out pack a lot and i can get customers in and out a bit faster bringing in a bit of extra income. Something in the game must have decide to break that mod.

Cool, that's good to know but my real concern was my active Sims being able to click on the table and having the order food interaction available, which it wasn't for a time. I'll keep that in mind, though.

Went ahead and removed Carl's mod, after all. My game was okay, ever so briefly, then went back to the where it was before. This time, I have all the other mods in my folder, but once I removed Carl's mod, clicking on the table resulted in Order Food. Yay! I tested several eateries, old and just downloaded, too, so that I didn't have time to see if NPCs had food or not. So glad I went ahead and gave it a try. Thank you!
